Spring Cleaning 28th day of Rat Year - ( "8")
Today marks the "official spring cleaning" day based on the Lunar calendar. Why so?
You can physically carry out spring cleaning for your home and set yourself on a good start. Does spring cleaning apply to other areas of your life too?
I think so too. You can spring clean your energies or qi too.
What can you do? If you need to say "Sorry", it is a good day to do so. You can say sorry to those people whom you have deliberately or unknowingly hurt. Say sorry and spring clean the old energies.
If you have emotional baggage which you have been carrying for a while or long while. List out the emotions that bring you pain and write them onto a piece of paper. After you have written down all, use fire to burn the paper. Alternatively you can throw away the paper into the water and let it be cast away.
I have used fire before for this simple spring cleaning ritual before and it made me feel better. You must try it.
