Don't Say Sorry

Don't Say Sorry? (2 min focus)

Is apologizing important?  I believe that when you say sorry, it will go a long way.  It means being responsible for hurting something or someone accidentally or intentionally.  Saying sorry allows one to heal any wounds, gain trust again or validate experiences.

Learning to say sorry from a young age is a way to nurture a young person. This cute kid in the video (click "cute kid" for the video) certainly got it nearly right and delighted all in his zest to apologise with his  grasp of  "gomen nasai" and "sumi masen".

Much appreciation for a 2 year old kid learning to apologise for something which he did. As adults, let us try to be like this cute kid.
