Monkey Business
In 2024, the Dragon is the Tai Sui or in simple terms the Year Breaker. In even simpler terms, that means the focus is on the person with Dragon in any of the Bazi or any of the 4 pillars. (year, month, day or hour).
The Monkey month which starts in August will see a cardinal combination with the Dragon. So what is a combination. It is nothing more than three animal signs joining forces inside the natal chart or bazi of a person or with the animal that appears in the annual pillars of ten year pillar.
I happen to have a dragon in my ten year pillar and a monkey in my natal chart. The monthly or daily pillar has its temporal effect or influence. The rat, monkey and dragon combines to form a water which come from the Rat which is the dominant animal in this combination.
The auspicious auxiliary star of the Monkey is that of Three Stages. The inauspicious auxiliary stars are Five Ghosts (the strongest) and a variety of Charm stars like the Officer Charm, Flying Charm, Year Charm, Earth Killing and Back Poking.
So what can I do in August to ensure that I get back out of the combination? Like I always do, I like to stay on the high vibration, be aware and not be disturbed by the external environment. The Five Ghosts is the energy of over thinking and being suspicious. I have to curb this energy by all means.
I believe that I can use August to elevate myself using the energy of the Three Stages in areas of learning and training.
